Concorde arrived at Torness Power Station in Dunbar on weekend of 17/18 April 2004.

Concorde left Torness at 7pm on the evening of Sunday April 18th and was driven along the new A1 dual-carriageway to East Fortune Airfield.

Concorde emerges from the darkness at Beanston, where the plane was guided thru the woods by remote control, on its way to East Fortune








1.7 miles of track was laid from the main road to the airfield

Concorde is 'piped-in' to its final home at East Fortune

The Concorde Experience opened to the public on Wednesday 16th March 2005.
Concorde has been re-assembled and visitors can now walk through the cabin of the famous aircraft.








A complex array of instrumentation greets the crew.
